This is handy if you are using an EXE file that is network-blocked (offline only), because in this case you will not be able to connect to the Konami servers. Or you need to look into the database.
Instruction:
1. Unpack
2. Copy the “Konami” folder to C:\ProgramData (this folder is a hidden folder by default, turn on show hidden folders in folder options to access it).
