eFootball 2023 Teams Unlocker 2.3 – maker “Bogo36” has introduced a mod that unlocks all teams in eFootball 2023 football from Konami from the twenty-second of December.

If you want to play online, use only the original files!

Save original files before installation
Installation:
1. Files dt250_console_all.cpk and dt251_console_all.cpk copy along the path:
…\eFootball\cpk
2. Copy the eFootball.exe file along the path:
…\eFootball\eFootball\Binaries\Win64
