PES 2021 MegaPatch 3.1 AIO (Final) – the makers presented the final version of a large patch with many features of the 2025 season for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021.

And here it is: the final version of MegaPatch numbered 3.1. It is a total improvement on the previous version 3.0, including a ton of fixes, new mods, some removed ones and of course winter transfers.
This patch was a personal effort to bring an improved, new and reworked experience to this game that many people recently discovered and were surprised by what it offers, compared to real football games. It has always been free and always will be, and I don’t care if it gets reposted or relinked everywhere, as long as more people find it and enjoy it.
This is the culmination of the MegaPatch saga, a true passion that took me hundreds of hours doing other things. This was my last version, as I move on to other games and things in my life, but I will always be there!
Features:
– There are no promoted teams in J1, Brazilian Serie B or other South American leagues.
– This is an AIO, not an update, so if you have version 3.0 you will need to repeat the installation process.
– I did not update many NT/team managers, as it was just a small detail that would take me a lot of time (finding minifaces and creating them). I updated maybe 3-4 of them (like Sergio Conceiçao AC Milan).
– A couple of new managers do not have a face, as they do not have one yet (like Bruno Genesio). But you can ask a facemaker to create one or learn how to do it yourself with Blender.
– Transfers are done for the top 10 leagues and important teams from other leagues. Liga Argentina and Serie A Brazil are done, but for example Serie B, Liga Colombia or Chile are not. Please note that there are some missing players from teams that were not in the game (I only created some players like Keni Arroyo, Talis, Veljko Milosavljevic, Vitor Reis and some others).
– This is for Football Life 25 version 1.5 (mandatory) and will not be compatible with the upcoming FL25 v2.00 when it comes out due to database differences.
– This is the last version I will release and I recommend as a successor to the guys at UML (Ultimate Master League) when they release their FL25 compatible patch next month.
WHAT’S NEW IN MEGAPATCH 3.1:
Adjusted general stats for a number of players based on their recent performances. For example, Miles-Lewis Skelly to 72 (was under 70), Amad Diallo from 78 to 80, and a few others in other leagues.
I hid a special guy in Master League. He’s quite famous. Can you sign him?
Transfers made before February 19th (and some later, like David Washington to Santos) for all leagues.
New menu theme, this time blue and gold. Easy on the eyes, as the other one would have been very yellowish.
Added stadium and opponent names for the top 10 leagues.
2. Bundesliga has been removed as a league entirely. The teams are still there in “Classic Teams & More” but I had to remove them to avoid Error 2033 which MUST be fixed.
Removed 600+ players who played in very low level teams, retired or have been inactive for a long time.
Revised market values for 500+ players since 3.0. This sort of solves the situation where you were seeing some players with higher market values from unknown teams. There are still a lot left though.
Removed MenuServerMax as it was causing some issues with some resolutions, was a bit bloated and pixelated at times. Also some backgrounds were eye-searing (Premier/LaLiga) so we are reverting to the previous ones for a nicer visual experience.
Changed 3 default sponsors from FL25 to Heineken, PS5 and MasterCard. You will also see them in the presscasts.
Reduced and normalized the volume of the soundtrack, goal songs and some anthems.
Goalsongs should stop after replays, so that’s fixed.
New English callsigns for some players and teams.
2 new teams: Charlotte FC and Rapid Wien (found in Others America and Others Europe). They replace Aucas and Cukaricki.
Added mini-faces for many missing players, including classic players.
161 new managers to choose from for your Master League. There are a few surprises…
Up to 170 songs, 80% of the soundtrack has been changed from 3.0. Hidden between them are 5 special songs that you may recognize if you’re an experienced player of this saga. Here’s the Spotify playlist: MEGAPATCH 3.1 SOUNDTRACK
Input fixes. The Greek League now has its own entrances, as well as the Champions League, Brazilian Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and World Cup with the correct trophy listed.
New scoreboards for the EFL, Champions League (improved) and fixes for replay bugs (no more Italian Serie A matches with 1XBET).
Fixed MLS scoreboard not showing up + included Master League intro video.
The new gameplay is called F4L REVISED. It is harder, a bit slower than F4L 4.4, with more compact and tight midfields and a smarter processor. This was created because F4L was not happy with the way F4L 4.4 behaved in FL25, which led to some weird actions and plays. Also people’s feedback was that Legend/Superstar was now too easy.
Included 6 alternative gameplays in case you want to swap them for F4L REVISED: F4L 4.4, PES 2017, PES 2018, PES 2019 Physics, eFootball Ball Physics and Old Bastard for FUMA players.
Improved some tactics for some teams (like Galatasaray).
Updated some lesser known NT squads. Keep in mind that these are based on the last call-up, which was a bit odd for many famous NTs.
Added a bunch of kits for a bunch of teams and new variations. 125th Anniversary of Bayern, AC Milan 4th Jersey (Green/Red) vs Hellas Verona, Betis Forever Green, Augsburg 3rd Jersey, Tenerife Heliodoro 4th Jersey, Manchester City AI Digital Jersey, PSG Enhanced 4th Jersey Krylia Sovetov, plus some 25/26 leaked kits for Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, PSG, many Brasileirao Serie A 2025 kits and Liga Argentina 2025 kits, Inter Miami 2025 full kit.
New English stadium announcer.
Revised goal nets by FicaBre with fixes and new physics for some teams. Please note that the EPL nets are hard, like in real life, so their bounce is low, but it should be better than the ones included in 3.0
Assigned boots to the top 5 players in the league via boot-AddOn, this means at least 600 players with boots assigned. Thanks to pmalulu23 for this.
New balls, now we have 1317 balls. Including for example the latest Nike ball for the Premier League. Thanks again to Hawk.
New long range cameras for the Broadcast and Stadium presets. If you don’t like them, go to the EXTRAS folder included in the RAR to change them to the short range versions.
KNOWN BUGS
There are visual bugs in the dynamic player model in EDIT mode, such as missing arms or textures being cut off for some players (Carvajal, Palmer, Sommer, Roberto Sanchez, etc). This is something that can’t be fixed, but don’t worry, it will work fine in the game. You shouldn’t see Carvajal without arms this time.
I don’t know why, but I couldn’t find a way to attach the Charlotte FC and South America Titans kits. It just doesn’t recognize them via kitserver, and they are marked as licensed in the database. So it’s a shame, but there are no kits for them.
I guess the 2033 bug in ML is solved, since I removed the 2.Bundesliga as a league.

stadium or stadium-server folder in SiderAddons/content -> If you have a “stadiums” folder, rename it to “stadium-server”.
You must have the patch installed: PES 2021 SP Football Life 2025 Official Update v1.50.
1. Go to your main SP Football Life 2025 folder (usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\SP Football Life 2025) and DELETE your actual SiderAddons folder (backup what I said above first!)
2. Delete the DT18_all.cpk file located in SP Football Life 2025\Data. Yes, this is required for F4L Revised gameplay to work as it is enabled via SIDER
3. Place everything you see in the RAR into your SP Football Life 2025 folder. Overwrite everything written there.
4. Open the “MegaPatch 3.1 .bat” file with Notepad to check if the path containing “C:\Program Files (x86)\SP Football Life 2025” matches your actual folder where you have FL2025 for Sider.exe and PES2021.exe. You may have the game in a different location so you need to change it. If you don’t have them exactly the same, you will get the “Sider not found” error. **Intel CPU users should use the .BAT named as “MegaPatch 3.1 (Intel gen 12-14).bat”
5. Place the EDIT000000000 in your Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\2025\save folder. Overwrite the file
6. ONLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS: Download the Portugal scoreboard fix if you have been having the Supertaça freezing issue. Replace the “Primeira Liga Betclic” folder in SiderAddons\content\scoreboard-server with the downloaded one.
7. You can create a shortcut to the .bat file if you want. Make sure you run this .bat file as administrator to avoid problems.
8. Don’t forget to disable the in-game music under Game Settings -> Apply Latest Live Update (yes, that’s what it’s called) -> Soundtrack by unchecking the songs in both tabs to avoid two songs playing at the same time.
9. You can put everything you copied at the beginning back to their locations.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do I need to start a new ML or BAL?
A: Yes, of course. I know it might be sad, but it contains over 500 transfers, market values, and a lot of other internal changes. Keeping your ML may cause problems.
Q: What do you have left to release?
A: Stadium packs for England, France, and Argentina, and maybe an Adboards pack. These will be coming in the coming weeks.
Q: How much space will this take?
A: It’s 40.6GB compressed RAR, 55GB extracted.
Q: What does this require?
A: Just Football Life 2025 and its 1.5 update. Follow the instructions when I post and you’ll be fine.
