PES 2021 Mod ML Injuries Overhaul 2026 – a Master League injury rework mod and a modification to the AI dynamic attack level for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021.
Features:
ML + BAL INJURY OVERHAUL MOD V2.0:
Reworked injury types, duration, and frequency during Master League or Become a Legend.
You will see long-term injuries lasting up to 8 months.
Does NOT affect in-game injuries (injuries sustained during a match).
AI DYNAMIC MENTALITY MOD:
AI can now dynamically use the “All Out Attack” and “Park the Bus” attack levels!!!
Previously, this only happened in cup matches in the 60th minute, which was highly unrealistic.
Now it can happen in all matches (for example, if the AI is winning in the last few minutes, it will play defensively).
You can even set a “trigger” minute when the AI will use these drastic attack levels if it wins or loses.
Installation on PES 2021 using:
You must have
PES 2021 Sider 2025 v7.3.3
1. Move the “attack_mentality.lua” and “injury_mod.lua” files to your sider’s “modules” folder.
In sider.ini, add the following line:
lua.module = “attack_mentality.lua”
lua.module = “injury_mod.lua”
