PES 2021 Patrick Sequeira Face – maker “fasemc” presented the face of Costa Rican footballer Patrick Gilmar Sequeira Mejias for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021. Sequeira is the goalkeeper of the Spanish club Lugo and the Costa Rica national team.
