PES 2021 Sider 2024 v7.3.1 – updated version of the program for adding/connecting files and mods from November twenty-ninth for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021.

– fixed an issue that caused crashes when launching CPY exe files when used with sider.exe
– fixed some subtle logging issues. There are now two separate log files: sider-app.log and sider.log

Previously, I didn’t pay much attention to CPY and similar “alternative” exe files for PES 2021. However, now everything is a little different. It’s nearly impossible to get a legal copy of PES 2021 these days: it’s not available to buy on Steam, and I believe sites like CDkeys don’t have keys for sale right now either (or if they do, they’re asking astronomical prices).
With that in mind, it was important to make sure Sider at least supported these EXEs as much as possible. This release addresses a long-standing issue where the CPY exe would crash on startup if launched with “sider.exe”. This should no longer happen.
Disclaimer: Be aware that there are some deeper issues with CPY executables, and the infamous “season 2 crash” may still be the bane of it. This is not related to Sider.
HOW TO UPDATE AN EXISTING SIDER
1. Replace sider.exe and sider.dll with new ones.
Important note!!!
To avoid questions after installing the new Sider 7.3.1, copy your registration from the old sider.ini to the new one, from the sections – cpk.root = … and lua.module = …
How to configure sider to launch a custom exe using sider.exe:
Make sure that in sider.ini your “start.game” and “exe.name” settings are synchronized.
Example:
start.game = “C:\Games\PES 2021\my-PES2021-custom.exe”
exe.name = “\my-PES2021-custom.exe”
