PES 2021 Sound Server For v1.7.0.2 – makers have presented an updated version of the game sound volume control program for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021.

Sound Server is a module for controlling game sound volume based on Home Team [how stadiums are assigned to teams in a game].
You set the desired volume in SoundServer.txt with the HomeTeam ID and values for:
MenuVolume
MusicVolume
CommentaryVolume
CrowdVolume
AnnouncVolume
StadiumMusic
Stadium Sounds.
So this allows you to turn up the volume of the game or nerf, for example Arsenal has more crowds than Bologna.
Default values:
