PES 2021 SP Football Life 2023 Update v3.0 – is another update to the third version of the patch under the auspices of “Football Life 2023” for football eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021.
Update Summary:
– league update (promotion/relegation)
– applied winter transfers (+4000 transfers)
– gameplay updates
– added more updated kits
– included executable with improved performance
– other fixes and improvements based on user feedback.
Update Notes:
– this will update any version of Football Life 2023 to version 3.0, no need to install or uninstall previous updates as all previous fixes and updates are included.
– previous ML/BAL saves can continue, all modes started with any version of Football Life 2023 can continue after game updates
– this will apply the new edit file (the old edit file will not work) to save the changes and modifications made in edit mode, export the changed commands before updating, and then import the changes after installing the update
– this will apply the updated executable files of the game, do not let the antivirus delete new files
– this will replace (sider.ini). manually back up any changes if needed
– this will install the updated version of the gameplay. make a backup of any customized dt18_all.
Update 3.0 details:
– league updates
this is a new season for some leagues, so teams are updated accordingly, with new teams added and relegated teams removed (hidden).

– applied winter transfers
The winter transfer window is currently closed for most leagues, with over 4,000 transfers between playing teams across all leagues adding around 700 new players to the database.
more players will be added in further updates along with any missing transfers
– updated gameplay
new improvements are included in the gameplay, thanks to Spoony Pizzas for his review and feedback, especially about the manual controls.
main changes:
– reinforced passes (including FUMA)
– It will be more difficult for goalkeepers to block long-range shots

* manual control in FL23 is fully manual (FUMA in PES21 helps a bit)
*Previous gameplay versions are still available in the switcher as an alternative.
* The gameplay installed with this update is more advanced than in the pre-released BETA.
* FL23 difficulty levels are slightly more difficult than PES21 difficulty levels.

kits take time to create, so kits are updated incrementally in each update, we can’t keep creating all new kits for all teams, this version contains new kits for 30 clubs and includes many minor kit improvements after user feedback
– new optimized executables
Football Life 2023 can run normally on all types of processors without user intervention
the latest version has improved performance and works on all types of processors
* start the game with:
FL_2023 start.exe —> use for all GEN processors
FL_2023 start 12G.exe —> for Intel i5 12500/13500 only
FL Launcher launches the game with a specific launch sequence and processor instructions.
Know about problems:
– Argentine league:
a reported issue in this league due to adding more teams than the league’s schedule can handle, causing the Argentine league to end before all games have been played.
as a temporary solution, promoted teams are placed on other US teams and can replace any team in the league using the competition edit mode.
– Issue with created players and disabling 1st transfer window in ML:
There is a known issue when creating new players in edit mode and assigning them to the master league which will cause an issue with contracts
also 1st transfer window is always active, cannot deactivate this option for the same reason.
Installation:
1. unpack and run (SPFL23_200.exe) as administrator and select Football Life 2023 folder.
2. run game from (FL_2023 start.exe) or desktop shortcut
3. Install on – PES 2021 SP Football Life 2023
4. Set Faces – PES 2021 SP Football Life (Real Facepack).
False positive antivirus:
