PES 2021 UML 2024 v2 – the team of makers presented the second, full version of the 2024 season patch for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021.

Peculiarities:
This update includes fully updated all leagues in the UML database and is compatible with VirtuaRED v8.3 (also included compatibility with VirtuaRED v6 and v7).

What is Ultimate Master League?
UML is a PES 2021 mod designed to provide you with the most authentic and realistic Master League experience through many different aspects of the game.

How can I use the UML mod?
UML is compatible with the VirtuaRED patch, so you need to first install VirtuaRED v8.3 (it’s fully compatible with both v7 and v6, but not older versions).

What makes UML different from other mods?
We pay a lot of attention to detail and always find ways to improve. One of the main things to mention is the deep overhaul of the game.

What is a deep game overhaul?
In detail Game Rebuild is a completely new approach to updating the PES database.

Player Improvements
The main goal of player updates is to make each player feel like an individual and be more realistic and accurate to their actual play style and performance.
Player statistics are redone manually from scratch.
A variety of sources are used to determine the final values: advanced real-life player statistics, watching full matches and videos, consulting with people with good knowledge of specific leagues and years of experience editing and testing player statistics in the game.

Transfers and rentals
Transfer information is always up to date and youth team players are also included in the squad addition list.

Contracts
Contracts are based on real information, so you will have completely accurate contract lengths with players, as well as loan agreements with different conditions (eg loans with an obligation to purchase).

Market price
Market value has been updated to be more realistic and has also been adjusted to reflect the game’s market value progression.

Player potential
All players’ potential is adjusted so that players develop at a faster rate, with some players having a higher ceiling than others. Players will also downgrade at a slower rate.

Player positions
Positions are adjusted to reflect the player’s current IRL positions, and positions that the player played earlier in their career but no longer play are also removed. The reason for this is to allow the AI to use accurate lineups instead of constantly using players outside of their primary positions.

Other player settings
Everything else, including the player’s age, height and weight, nationality, skills, playing styles and player’s form, is also customized according to the real life situation.

Okay, but what about the included commands?
All leagues/teams have been updated for the 2023/24 season and the ‘other’ teams are also being updated. We have already added new leagues such as MLS and EuroLeague (UML exclusive), the latest being the Saudi Pro League.

Formations and tactics
Formations and tactics are regularly adjusted to simulate real teams, but will now be improved even further thanks to a collaboration with Klashman69.

Partnerships with clubs
Teams will now make more transfers and loan players to certain teams to simulate real life transfers (example: Manchester). City – Girona)

Captains and set-piece takers
The teams have the right captains and updated set-piece takers.

Teams Rivals
Teams are based on real rivalries.

Coaches
The teams have modern coaches with realistic coach ratings.

Player kit numbers
All players have the correct kit numbers. season 23/24.

Kits
UML includes 23/24 kits from many great kit manufacturers, as well as a kit server run by a member of the UML Daemon team. This includes updates to uniform fonts, sleeve badges, captain’s armbands and several other uniform improvements.

Cleats and gloves
We work with a team of modders who provide us with brand new high quality boots and gloves. Eddyedwards1075, Gabriele-150115, Mr Zero, Fallons and Hoppus117 do a fantastic job designing and assigning boots and gloves, making the game even more exciting and fun.

Mini faces
Added new mini-faces for new players, as well as updated mini-faces with higher quality.

Scoreboard
We’ve added new scoreboards for Season 23/24 for several leagues from modders like EDWARD7777, Spursfan07 and eFootball Maker_DREAMER.

Other updates
Updated Champions League and Europa League teams. European competitions for the 2023/24 season.
Domestic Super Cups and UEFA Super Cups have been updated for the 2023/24 season.

Increase in injuries
Injuries will occur much more frequently. You will need to pay more attention to players’ stamina to avoid injury.

National teams
National rosters have been updated for most teams. CPU main GK teams will use their first choice goalkeeper more often.

Youth system
The youth system in the Master League includes 32 real young players

Any issues reported in the Master League?
All previous issues have been resolved, so by using the latest version of UML you will not encounter any known major league issues. We just advise you to follow the installation instructions and make sure that any additional mods you apply are compatible and installed correctly.

Made!
Additional feature – Hidden player form arrows (does not work with “US English” language settings).

1. Add the folder “UML_HiddenForms” to the livecpk folder.
2. Add the line: cpk.root = “.\livecpk\UML_HiddenForms” to “sider.ini” (must be above UML_Menu).

MOD NOTES – UML 2024:
– The starting year is set to 2023 (if you are using a different executable, be sure to change the year yourself).
– IDs updated to official Konami IDs.
– Performing transfers yourself in edit mode causes problems with the Master League!

Installation:
Install on the patch – PES 2021 VirtuaRED v8.3 (also included compatibility with VirtuaRED v6 and v7).

Warning:
This update makes changes to some configurations and map files, so be sure to back up any files you edited manually.

1. This is a VirtuaRED compatible version, we do not guarantee compatibility with other patches.
2. Delete the file EDIT00000000 and SYSTEM000000000 from Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\your number\save.
3. Remove “badge-server” and “kit-server” from your “content” folder (if any).
(Skip step 4 if you do not have previous versions of UML installed.)
4. Remove “UML_Database”, “UML_boot-AddOn” and “UML_Kits” from your “livecpk” folder.
5. Add the file “EDIT00000000” to Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\your number\save.
6. Copy the “content”, “livecpk” and “modules” folders and paste them into your “eFootball PES 2021” folder.
7. Copy the files “PES2021.exe”, “sider.dll” and “sider.exe” and paste them into your “eFootball PES 2021” folder.
8a. If you are using the VirtuaRED v8.3 patch, open the folder Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\your number\save
8b. If you are using VirtuaRED v6 or v7 patch, open the “VirtuaRED v6 and v7 compatible” folder, copy all the contents and paste into the “eFootball PES 2021” folder.
