Version 2.1.1 for eFootball 2023 was rolled out this Thursday, October 20th across all platforms (Playstation, Xbox, Steam and mobile).
In a notice posted on the game’s official website, Konami announces that this update contains a “fix for a centre-back positioned too high on the field, when the team attacks deep in the opponent’s half of the field, I am “prone to counterattacks”.
Another fix has been made: “When playing matches while installing the game, some player models do not play well.”
Finally, “a bug that affected the stability of the software” has been fixed.

This Thursday, October 20, the “International eFootball Cup”, inspired by the World Cup in Qatar, also kicks off.
We also celebrate the arrival this week of Juventus legends Pavel Nedved, Alessandro Del Piero and Edgar Davids in an Epic package and a Serie A circuit against AI. In addition, the AFC Champions League scheme was dropped.
Nation themed collectible cards are now distributed as connection bonuses and then available in 100-coin draws. This campaign kicks off with players from the national teams of Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. These cards display 90 in all playstyles.
