Konami has updated the eFootball official website with the eFootball 2023 Season 1 presentation, but without a launch date. The theme of the new season will be “The start of a new season – new types of players and licenses.”
New ambassadors
Liverpool’s English defender Trent Alexander-Arnold and Manchester United’s Portuguese playmaker Bruno Fernandes, along with Lionel Messi, Neymar and Takefusa Kubo, will become eFootball Global Ambassadors. Konami released a showcase this season featuring a photo of the game’s five ambassadors in new outfits, giving a glimpse of the franchise’s new art direction.
New card types
eFootball 2023 will feature two new card types: Featured and Epic. Their characteristics are shown in detail in the image below.
Milan, Inter and Liga MX
As has been announced for weeks, AC Milan and Inter will return under an official license to eFootball at the launch of this edition of 2023. Also, for the first time will appear in the football simulation signed by Konami Liga MX, the Mexican championship in the first division. An opportunity to find, among others, André-Pierre Gignac and Florian Thauvin, who both play for Tigres de Monterrey.
New Dream Team Kits
For this Season 1 eFootball 2023, new kits have been announced in the world of Dream Team.
– Club sets:
11 player packs with exclusive designs from three new partner clubs AC Milan, Inter and Club America Mexico.

– Premium Ambassador Pack:
A new Ambassador package will be offered with Trent Alexander-Arnold as the headliner. Ten of his best teammates as “chosen” players. A similar package with Bruno Fernandez will be released this fall.
– Recruitment of managers:
For the first time, packs dedicated to legendary managers will appear. The first two managers available will be Johan Cruyff and Fabio Cannavaro. Manager cards will come with training points.
