AIO does not require a previous version.
Installation:
Copy the t99_tattoo.cpk file to the path: “…\ Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download”
Registration in DpFileList.bin:
*Facepack
* t99_tattoo.cpk
Also in the archive there is an options file (OF Tattoo 2023 t99 patch v.15) for combining with the patch:
