Important information about kits:
– Additional 2023/24 kits will be released very soon with individual updates. We will try to update the missing sets as much as possible.
– We haven’t finished all the leagues yet, but we will remake more kits from eFootball, such as Swiss League, AFC Champions League, Ligue 2, BKT Serie, Turkish teams.
– It took quite a long time, so we didn’t want to wait any longer and released the patch. As stated, we will be releasing more bundles with individual updates without a long wait.
– 2023/24 mini faces for all Premier League teams
– 2023/24 mini faces for all EA Sports teams in La Liga

– Updated coaches in most leagues.
– Completely reworked the Faces folder, adding or updating many new faces, focusing on conversion to eFootball.
– Latest version of the Boot & Glove package, including player assignments via Bootlist / Glovelist.
– Updated main menu graphics.

General remarks:
– This patch’s database was created using bin files, it is important that you do not use other mods that use database bin files such as Manager Mods.
You need to disable them and ask the creator to update. SoulBallZ’s ML Manager mod needs to be updated, otherwise the patch won’t work.
– Database status – football database from October 9, 2023 with some manual adjustments.
– It is highly recommended to use predator 002’s commentary/chant mod with this patch.

League structure information:
– In some leagues the number of teams has previously changed. In PES2021 this is basically impossible to change as it causes crashes or incorrect scheduling.
– For this reason, we had to restructure some leagues to ensure the smooth operation of the Master League.
– Ligue 2 was changed from 20 to 22 teams (Dijon and Nimes added 23/24 squads). Thus, a League 1 of 18 teams is possible.
– There are 10 teams in the Swiss Super League instead of 12 (Lausanne-Sport & Stade Lausanne Ouchy was transferred to another European club).
– There are 26 teams in the Argentine League instead of 28 (Arsenal and Colon were transferred to other Latin American teams).
– The Jupiler Pro League has 18 teams instead of 16 (Oostende and Zulte Waregem added 23/24 squads).

Bundesliga Teams:
1. FC Heidenheim 5009
1. FC Köln 4137
Bayer Leverkusen 128
Borussia Dortmund 126
Borussia M’Gladbach 225
Darmstadt 98 5008
Eintracht Frankfurt 226
FC Augsburg 4124
FC Bayern München 127
Mainz 05 436
RB Leipzig 5010
SC Freiburg 227
TSG Hoffenheim 4126
Union Berlin 4140
VfB Stuttgart 231
VfL Bochum 4128
VfL Wolfsburg 232
Werder Bremen 185.

Be sure to read before you even think about installing the EvoWeb patch.
Installing a patch on a clean game is the only reliable way to install an EvoWeb patch.
DO NOT assume that the EvoWeb patch is compatible with any of the mods you already have installed – whether through .cpk files or through Sider.
Keep in mind that most existing mods are created using a pure Konami game as a base to try to fix various shortcomings of the pure, unmodded game – large patches like the EvoWeb patch (as well as many other patches) include their own fixes for those the same shortcomings that mini-mods cover.

Therefore, it is IMPOSSIBLE to use a large patch (like the EvoWeb patch) and all your old minimods at the same time without serious conflicts, since they are both trying to do the same thing in different ways.
IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE THEM simultaneously, expect a lot of problems:
incorrect lists
incorrect logos/team names
missing commands
missing players and/or transfers
etc.

What to do then to avoid conflicts?
Disable any mods you are using BEFORE installing the EvoWeb patch.
remove all custom .cpk from dpfilelist (if you used dpfilelist/.cpk for modding)
disable all custom cpk.root folders and/or .lua scripts in Sider (if you modded your game with Sider)
Install the EvoWeb patch according to the instructions later in this post.
After installation, check the game to make sure the patch is installed correctly.

But I still want to use some old mods because the EvoWeb patch doesn’t include the XYZ option!
Try re-activating old mods one by one after making sure the EvoWeb patch is installed correctly and always check if re-enabling the mod does not cause any problems in the game.
If Mod X causes any problems with the EvoWeb patch, consider the mod incompatible and disable it again. Either wait for an updated/new version that is compatible with the EvoWeb patch, or stop using this mod.

Installation:
Setting for PES 2021 Season Update Sider 7.1.7
or for PES 2021 Sider 7.2.0 Special Edition

1. Install Sider.
2. It is important that DLC 7 is already installed via Steam and runs the game once before installing this version.
3. If you installed a previous version of EvoWebPatch, first remove the entire EvoWeb Patch folder from the livecpk folder. The same goes for other patches you may have installed: remove them completely.
4. Add the livecpk folder from the download to the Sider folder.
5. Open Sider.ini and add the following cpk roots:
cpk.root = “.\livecpk\EvoWeb Patch\Boots-Gloves-AddOn”
cpk.root = “.\livecpk\EvoWeb Patch\Boots-Gloves”
cpk.root = “.\livecpk\EvoWeb Patch\Database”
cpk.root = “.\livecpk\EvoWeb Patch\Faces”
cpk.root = “.\livecpk\EvoWeb Patch\Graphics”
cpk.root = “.\livecpk\EvoWeb Patch\Kits”

6. Add the file EDIT00000000 to Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\Your number\save
7 Clean out the WEPES and mount folder if you added any option files before.
8. Launch Sider and play the game.
