PES 2021 SmokePatch21 v4 Update 21.4.5 – introduced the official update of the “Smoke” series patch on February 24 for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021.
Update 21.4.5 is available:
– Fixed a bug with the Chilean league that was causing a random crash in career modes starting on 21.4.4.
Previous updates included:
– updated main winter transfers (+3000 transfers)
– updated player stats (new Konami stats)
– updated and fixed more kits
– graphic updates (emblems, flags, …)
– several patch system improvements
– includes previous updates
* In the new season, some leagues do not have relegation/promotion, they will be updated in later versions to keep the current master league modes.
