PES 2021 SP Football Life 2023 Update v1.01 – a new update version 1.01 to the new patch from the “pessmokepatch” team for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021 is available.
Peculiarities:
* football life update does not damage career mode.
* the update will reinstall the new edit file.
The following questions are being addressed:
1. Local/cloud folder of documents
we always work with local files, the installer usually assumes that the documents folder is local, this update will install the edit file in both cases, local and cloud document folders are now supported.
this update will reinstall the edit file in the correct location.
2. Edit data is not loaded in exhibition mode
The edit file is not visible when entering exhibition mode unless it is manually loaded in edit mode causing the selected commands to mix up the build, this update will fix that issue.
Changes will now load automatically when the game starts.
3. Settings error
Some users are experiencing random boot errors due to conflict with previous system settings, this update will reset the settings to create new ones.
The settings menu will appear after exiting the update, change the settings if necessary, then press “OK” to exit.
4. Deactivated theme change menu
the color change option is not working yet, if users manage to access it and change it, it will cause an error in the game, this option is now unavailable to avoid such problem.
If this has already happened, the user may need to manually remove (SYSTEM00000000) from the save folder.
Installation:
1. Install on – PES 2021 SP Football Life 2023
2. Run as Administrator SPFL23_101.exe.
Known Issues:
Real faces:
there are no real faces in Football Life, this is an optional addon that will come later, the faces from the previous version may work, but it will not have all the available faces, this is just a temporary solution, otherwise we won no need to create a new face mask.
Installing Football Life on top of an existing game:
Football Life needs to be installed in a new folder, it cannot be installed over an existing game and it will cause errors in both games, do not install Football Life over another game.

Gameplay:
the new gameplay is different, it is according to our preferences, we recommend to try it for a long time, users can always switch to the default pes21 with the FL23 switch. (located in the game folder).
