PES 2021 Ultimate Gameplay 2023 is a new version of the “Ultimate Gameplay” gameplay of the 2023 season from Holland maker for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021.

This new project uses a vanilla exe file in a directory with a single patch implementation in cpk format to be installed in the Data folder.
I worked on the physical state and therefore on the arrows of different colors that characterize it.
Now it will be very important to evaluate the state of your players’ form well, because it will take precedence over the highest statistics provided that the player is not in great shape.
This aspect will be fundamental and will give you great results, don’t be afraid to field a young player who is in good shape even with low stats, because right now
more than ever, this aspect will also apply to the processor.
There are many improvements: goalkeepers, ball control, fitness, ball physics, ball tackle, animation, dribbling and variety.
0 = strong
1 = least strong
2 = normal
3 = weak
Installation:
– Copy the “ULTIMATE GAMEPLAY” cpk file to the “data” folder.
– Backup your dt18_all in the “data” folder and then delete it.
– Copy to the “data” folder one of the four dt18_all that you will find in my folder, 0 is the strongest HA and 3 is the weakest, you choose which one to put.
– Choose which exe to put in the directory, 100% vanilla or vanilla only with a harder free kick, in the latter case don’t forget to make a backup first.
