You must have the previous versions of the patch installed in order:

Installation:
1. Download all 4 parts, then extract them using Winrar.
2. Copy and replace all extracted files to the main game folder.
3. Copy and replace the selector files into the same folder
4. Launch the selection tool and navigate to the Other section. Click and click the Set Options File button.
5. Run “Sider.exe” and “PESProfessionals NEWLEVEL.exe”.
6. Launch the game from “PES2017.exe” and enjoy.
